The product return process may be carried out taking into account the return policies defined by the Company and protected by current regulations law 1480 of 2011 art 42.

These Conditions may be modified. It is your responsibility to read them every time you make a purchase through the website, since the current conditions at that time will be those that apply to you.


These return policies apply to items purchased through our online page.

To return an item purchased in our online store, the first thing you must do is contact our customer service line or through an email package, if the reason is size and/or color you have 30 days from the date from receipt of the package or 90 days if the return is due to quality problems.

If the reason for the return is quality, you can choose to exchange the product, refund the money or a bonus in your favor, to make your next purchase, the process of refunding the value paid may take a maximum of up to 30 calendar days from the moment in which the client exercised the right of withdrawal.

The return is accepted as long as the garment has not been used, is not damaged, retains all its internal labels, is sent in its original packaging, and is made within the stipulated period and when it is not a product personalized by the client. If we find that the product was not returned in the same conditions in which it was shipped, or that it has been damaged by an act or omission attributable to the customer, our company will be entitled to refrain from recognizing the return requested by the customer.

Products on promotion or purchased in the offers section cannot be exchanged for size, color or reference, only for quality reasons.

In cases where you consider that at the time of receipt the product has a defect or has quality problems, you must contact us immediately through our contact methods, providing all the details.

To make changes you must take into account:

- Changes will be made for the commercial value at which they were acquired.

- The possibility of exchange is subject to inventory availability.

- Only one exchange is accepted for each purchase

- The garments must be returned unused, unwashed, and with the original labels and packaging.

- Transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the product will be covered by the customer, for those cases when they no longer want the product or want another reference.

Our company will be exonerated from any responsibility for any damage or variation that the product may suffer derived from a fact or circumstance caused by force majeure or fortuitous event, that there has been improper use of the good by the client, ignoring the instructions of labeling related to the use and care of the product, or that damage to the product may have been caused by the actions of a third party.

The products we sell, especially those that include crafts (embroidery, appliqués, paintings, washes, etc.) can often vary. These characteristics, such as changes in grain, texture, color, or finishes, will not be considered defects or flaws. On the opposite, it will count with your presence and appreciate it. We only select the highest quality products, but the connection of manual work in many cases is part of the individual appearance of the product.

The virtual credit card allows the customer to use their balance to purchase products through the website, up to the value of the bonus they have in their favor. In the event that the products exceed the balance you have in your favor, the consumer must pay the difference in price through the authorized means of payment, and if the case is that there is a surplus left, a bonus for said value will be generated.

Unless expressly provided otherwise in these conditions, our liability in relation to any product purchased through our online page will be strictly limited to the purchase price of said product.

Once we receive the product that is being returned due to defect or quality, we will proceed to examine it carefully and we will inform you by email within a reasonable time if a refund or replacement is appropriate. The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 days following the date on which we send you an email.

Without prejudice to the above, if you prefer an exchange for a different garment, you must request a return following the procedure provided for this purpose.
